Register as a Guest

All attendees need to register to join an event. Before registering, you may wish to view the system requirements guidelines to ensure your meeting experience is optimal (View Network and Hardware Requirements).

To join as a Guest, follow the steps below:

  1. On the registration page, click "Continue without a Q4 account."

  2. Fill in your First Name, Last Name, and Email. If you are attending an event as an individual attendee, tick the checkbox, and if not, fill in your Company Name and Company Role.

  3. Confirm whether you would like to receive a reminder email for the event when it begins.

  4. Click Register for an Event. For some events, you may be required to answer additional questions.

  5. You will be redirected to the live event if it has started. If the event has not started, you will be redirected to a page containing the event’s Webcast Link, and you will be able to add the event to your Outlook/iCal or Google Calendar. If you click the Webcast Link on this page, it will take you to the event’s countdown page.
